We offer two different methods to ship out your orders. The available options may include pre made in which our items are on-hand with a very limited stock, and will ship anywhere within 2-10 days. And our other option may include pre-order in which our items will not be on-hand with unlimited stock, and it will be shipped to you within 2-4 weeks. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will vary depending on your chosen location and carrier.

2. Order Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase when running pre-orders. 

3. Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are calculated based on factors such as the shipping method chosen, the destination of your order, and the total weight and dimensions of the items in your cart. You can view the shipping costs during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.

4. Shipping Destinations:

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If you have a specific shipping request or if your location is not listed, please contact our customer support team, and we will do our best to assist you.

5. Tracking Your Order:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your delivery.
